Welcome to cyl8, a digital entertainment platform operating at cyl8.app. This Terms and Conditions document is a binding agreement between you as the user and CYL8 as the platform operator.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the CYL8 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the CYL8 platform immediately. Continued use after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the cyl8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of account registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits the use of online gambling platforms
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list under any responsible gaming programme
• Use the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party

CYL8 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within 72 hours may result in your account being frozen pending verification.

Each player is allowed to have one account only on the cyl8 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

During the registration process, you are responsible for:

• Update your account information promptly whenever changes occur
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone
• Notify cyl8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

CYL8 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process requiring players to verify their identity before their first withdrawal or when their balance reaches a certain limit. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID card, bank statement or recent proof of address.

CYL8 supports a range of local payment methods popular among Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set.

Withdrawal requirements: The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method used. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the cyl8 account.

CYL8 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of platform terms. Any decision made by CYL8 in this regard is final.

CYL8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods clearly stated in each offer. We do not believe in bonus systems with hidden conditions.

General cyl8 bonus principles:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, clearly stated — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• Players are entitled to one welcome bonus only and may not claim it again
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements are fully met
• CYL8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or promotion exploitation is suspected
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash

CYL8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already received and currently in the wagering process.

CYL8 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Use of multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages or evade restrictions
• Sharing account information or allowing others to use your account
• Attempts to hack, exploit software bugs or access unauthorised areas of the platform
• Use of VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geo-restrictions
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or submission of false information

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified period
• Upon request by the relevant authority or regulatory body
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the cyl8 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the player once all conditions are met and verification is complete.

The cyl8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, cyl8 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet any specific expectations of the player.

CYL8 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes — all games involve risk and losses are part of the gaming experience
• Loss or theft of account credentials due to the player's own negligence
• Any third-party actions affecting a player's account

CYL8's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.

CYL8 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
